Q: What is the novon.tv – nMobile Rewards program?
A: nMobile Rewards is our loyalty program that gives you points for watching and producing livestreaming on the novon.tv platform and holding NKN tokens. You can redeem these points for NKN tokens once the program competes.
Q: How do I join nMobile Rewards?
A: Simply following the 1-2-3 steps to start earning points.
Step 1: Install novio NKN Mainnet wallet (chrome extension) for your chrome compatible browsers such as Google Chrome, Brave, Mozilla Firefox and etc

Step 2: head over to novon.tv website, log in with novio so your novio wallet will be associated with the reward program. Your wallet address will be showing if you successfully connected your wallet. Make sure you have enough NKN Mainnet balance in the wallet.
Step 3: pick a livestream and watch. You will see your “Season 2 Points” accumulating every 5-10 minutes.

Earning Points
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn points just by watching live streaming on novon.tv. The longer you watch, the more points you earn.
The viewer earns 1 point per second * [NKN Holder’s Multiplier].
You can see your reward points updated on the top of novon.tv dashboard every 5-10 minutes.
Q: What are the NKN Holder’s Multipliers?
A: The NKN holdings multipliers are:
- 1-10 NKN: X=1
- 10-100 NKN: X=2
- 100-1,000 NKN: X=3
- 1,000-10,000 NKN: X=4
- 10,000-100,000 NKN: X=5
- 100,000-1,000,000 NKN: X=6
- 1,000,000+ NKN: X=7
Q: How much does content creators (streamers) earn?
A: The streamer earns 10% of all the viewer’s points. This is earned at the end of the session, and each session rolls approximately every 5 minutes.
Redeeming Points
Q: What can I redeem my points for?
A: You can redeem points for NKN Mainnet tokens. Up to 200,000 NKN tokens are reserved for viewers, while another 200,000 NKN tokens for content creators.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: NKN mainnet tokens will be airdropped to your associated NKN Mainnet wallet automatically at the end of the campaign. You don’t need to do anything.
Q: Can I transfer my points to another user?
A: Currently, points cannot be transferred between users.
Technical Details
Q: What happens if I add or remove NKN from my wallet?
A: Your NKN holdings multiplier is calculated based on the amount in your wallet at the time of watching livestreaming.
Q: What if I change devices or reinstall the app?
A: Your rewards account is tied to your novio NKN mainnet wallet address. Novio wallet supports import and export of wallet keys. So please back up your novio wallet secret key.
Program Updates and support
Q: Will the rewards program ever change?
A: We may periodically update the program to improve user experience based on feedback. Any significant changes will be announced at least 3 days in advance.
Q: How will I know about special point promotions or events?
A: Special promotions will be announced through NKN’s official twitter, Telegram and Discord social media channels.

Privacy and Security
Q: Does participating in novon.tv + nMobile Rewards share any personal data?
A: No personal data is collected. We only use your novio NKN Mainnnet wallet address for distributing reward points.

A: Your points are securely stored on our servers, hardened with regular backups.
