The schedule for exchange support of NKN mainnet token will be announced at a later stage.<\/li>\n<li>If you have questions, please contact our customer support <a href=\"mailto:swap@nkn.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">swap@nkn.org<\/a> directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This swap has nothing to do with NKN test tokens (tNKN) or NEP-5 tokens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Step1: launch token swap web\u00a0tool<\/h3>\n<p>Go to webpage <a href=\"https:\/\/swap.nkn.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/swap.nkn.org<\/a> and follow the instructions to launch the token swap tool.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"1600\" data-height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/0*TPgdxyv-TbZLTe_9\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Select the type of swap:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Swap from mainnet to ERC-20 (Follow instructions step 2A to 2B)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Swap from ERC-20 to mainnet (Follow instructions step 3A to 3B)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step 2A: Fill in the details (Mainnet -&gt;\u00a0ERC-20)<\/h3>\n<p>If you selected \u201cMainnet to ERC-20\u201d from previous menu or directly from the link <a href=\"https:\/\/swap.nkn.org\/swap\/nkntoerc20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/swap.nkn.org\/swap\/nkntoerc20<\/a>, you will see this screen.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"968\" data-height=\"944\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/0*C15Cg35jqeSV2Hgt\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>There are these inputs you need to enter:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>NKN Mainnet wallet address FROM where you will send your Mainnet NKN token. We show below screenshot from NKN official web wallet (<a href=\"https:\/\/wallet.nkn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/wallet.nkn.org\/<\/a>), where to find this address.<\/li>\n<li>Amount of NKN you want to swap: the valid range is 100 to 10,000.<\/li>\n<li>ETH wallet address TO where you will receive your ERC-20 based NKN token. We show below screenshot from Metamask ETH wallet as Chrome browser plug-in.<\/li>\n<li>Your email address: this is optional, and mainly for customer support in case you experience technical difficulty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the following example, you can find out your NKN Mainnet address from NKN Official web wallet (<a href=\"https:\/\/wallet.nkn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/wallet.nkn.org\/<\/a>). This address should start with letters \u201cNKN\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"1600\" data-height=\"905\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/0*s04SYEEdu7MW6R8g\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<p>In the following example, you can find your Ethereum address from Metamask wallet. Then press \u201cNext Step\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"978\" data-height=\"950\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-images-1.medium.com\/max\/800\/0*P24hMrJ7jyGSUEqH\"><br \/>\n<\/figure>\n<h3>Step 2B: Transfer the NKN Mainnet tokens (Mainnet -&gt;\u00a0ERC-20)<\/h3>\n<p>One you press \u201cNext Step\u201d from Step 2A, you will find a similar screenshot on your <a href=\"https:\/\/swap.nkn.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/swap.nkn.org\/<\/a> website. This is a summary of your swap order, with all the information you previously entered, as well as an Order ID, and swap status.<\/p>\n<p>Please record your <strong>Order ID<\/strong> now, for future reference in case of issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important note: you have to transfer the EXACT same amount of NKN token as specified in the swap order. Otherwise the order will be rejected.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This screen also shows you a very important address: \u201c<strong>NKN Mainnet payment address<\/strong>\u201d. The NKN mainnet to ERC-20 swap is faster (2\u20135 minutes), while the ERC-20 to NKN Mainnet swap is slightly slower (10\u201315 minutes). But first you need to add NKN as a custom token in Metamask.
