Q: What is the nMobile Rewards program?
A: nMobile Rewards is our loyalty program that gives you points for using the nMobile app and holding NKN tokens. You can redeem these points for exclusive features, discounts, and even more NKN tokens.

Q: How do I join nMobile Rewards?
A: Simply following the 1-2-3 steps to start earning points.

Step 1: Install and open your app

Earning Points

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You earn points in three main ways:

  1. Daily check-in: 100 base points just for opening the app
  2. NKN holdings: A token multiplier based on how many tokens you hold
  3. Consecutive usage: A streak multiplier for using the app daily

Q: How is my daily point total calculated?
A: Your daily points are calculated as: X*Y*100
Where X is your NKN holdings multiplier and Y is your consecutive days streak multiplier.

Q: What are the NKN holdings multipliers?
A: The NKN holdings multipliers are:

  • 1-10 NKN: X=1
  • 10-100 NKN: X=2
  • 100-1,000 NKN: X=3
  • 1,000-10,000 NKN: X=4
  • 10,000-100,000 NKN: X=5
  • 100,000-1,000,000 NKN: X=6
  • 1,000,000+ NKN: X=7

Q: How does the consecutive days streak work?
A: Your streak multiplier (Y) equals the number of consecutive days you’ve opened the app, up to a maximum of 7. Each day you open the app, your streak increases by 1. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 0.

Q: What happens when I complete a 7-day streak?
A: When you complete a full 7-day streak, your streak multiplier will remain at 7 as long as you continue checking in daily.

Q: Do I need to do anything special to “check in” each day?
A: simply opening the nMobile app and interacting with the nMobile Rewards bot counts as your daily check-in.

Q: What time does the daily check-in reset?
A: Check-ins reset at midnight UTC. You can check in anytime during a 24-hour period.

Examples

Q: Can you provide some examples of how the points are calculated?
A: Sure!

Example 1:

  • Lisa checks in for the first time and has 5 NKN
  • X=1 (1-10 NKN tier), Y=1 (first day of streak)
  • Points earned: 1*1*100 = 100 points

Example 2:

  • David has checked in for 3 consecutive days
  • He holds 523 NKN in the app
  • X=3 (100-1,000 NKN tier), Y=3 (3-day streak)
  • Points earned: 3*3*100 = 900 points

Example 3:

  • Michael has a 7-day streak (maximum)
  • He holds 15,000 NKN
  • X=5 (10,000-100,000 NKN tier), Y=7 (7-day streak)
  • Points earned: 5*7*100 = 3,500 points

Redeeming Points

Q: What can I redeem my points for?
A: You can redeem points for:

  • Exclusive in-app features and customizations
  • Conversion to additional NKN tokens (up to 1M $NKN tokens for first season)

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Details about points redemption will be announced at the end of the campaign.

Q: Do my points expire?
A: Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We’ll notify you before any points are about to expire.

Q: Can I transfer my points to another user?
A: Currently, points cannot be transferred between users.

Technical Details

Q: What happens if I add or remove NKN from my wallet?
A: Your NKN holdings multiplier is calculated based on the amount in your wallet at the time of daily check-in. Adding more NKN could increase your multiplier for the next day’s check-in.

Q: Will my streak be lost if there’s app maintenance?
A: No. If nMobile undergoes scheduled maintenance, we’ll ensure all active users maintain their streaks.

Q: What if I change devices or reinstall the app?
A: Your rewards account is tied to your nMobile wallet address, not your device. As long as you log in with the same wallet, your points and streak will be preserved. So please back up your nMobile wallet secret key.

Troubleshooting

Q: I checked in but didn’t receive my points. What should I do?
A: First, ensure your app is updated to the latest version, you have nMobile Rewards bot in your contact list, and you are in a chat thread with the bot. If the issue persists, please contact support with your nMobile account address, the date and approximate time of your check-in.

Q: My NKN holdings aren’t reflected correctly in my multiplier. Why?
A: There may be a slight delay in updating your holdings multiplier. If the issue persists for more than 24 hours, please contact support.

Program Updates

Q: Will the rewards program ever change?
A: We may periodically update the program to improve user experience based on feedback. Any significant changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.

Q: How will I know about special point promotions or events?
A: Special promotions will be announced through push notifications, in-app messages, email (if you’ve opted in), and our social media channels.

Q: Where can I provide feedback about nMobile Rewards?
A: We welcome your feedback! Please use the “Contact” option in the app settings or email us at nmobile@nkn.org .

Privacy and Security

Q: Does participating in nMobile Rewards share any personal data?
A: No personal data is collected beyond your nMobile account’s public information. We only track app usage and NKN holdings to calculate your rewards.

Q: How secure are my points?
A: Your points are securely stored on our servers, hardened with regular backups.
